Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During promotions, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take up to 5 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, standard delivery within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days.

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Transit times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, address errors, or peak shipping periods. WildRoot Botanics is not responsible for delays once a package is in the carrier's possession.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking data can take 24–48 hours to begin updating after the label is created.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any free-shipping promotion applies only as described in that offer.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at your expense. Please review your address carefully before completing checkout.

Subscription Orders

Subscription shipments follow the same processing and delivery timelines as one-time orders. You may manage, pause, skip, or cancel a subscription at any time — see our Subscription and Cancellation Policy.

International Orders

Where international shipping is offered, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed by the destination country. These are not included in the price you pay us and are not refundable. Some countries restrict the import of herbal supplements; it is your responsibility to confirm that our products may lawfully be imported to your location.
