Subscription and Cancellation Policy

This policy governs subscription ("subscribe and save" / auto-refill) purchases from WildRoot Botanics. By enrolling, you agree to the terms below.

Your Authorization

When you enroll in a subscription, you authorize WildRoot Botanics to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price and frequency shown at checkout. Charges will continue until you cancel.

Billing Frequency and Amount

Your billing interval and per-shipment price are disclosed on the product page and again on the checkout page before you submit your order, and are confirmed in your order confirmation email. Applicable taxes and any shipping charges are added at the time of each renewal.

Subscription pricing may change. We will provide notice by email before any price change takes effect, and you may cancel before the next renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Cancellation Deadline

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations received after billing has processed apply to the following cycle.

How to Cancel — No Hassle

You can cancel at any time, and cancelling is as easy as signing up. Either:

  • log in to your account portal and cancel the subscription directly; or
  • email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your name and order number.

We will not require you to call, sit through a retention offer, or complete any additional step to cancel. Email cancellation requests are honored as of the date received. We will send confirmation once your cancellation is processed.

Pausing and Skipping

You may also pause your subscription or skip an upcoming shipment from your account portal, or by emailing us before the cancellation deadline above.

Refunds on Subscription Charges

Your first subscription order is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Renewal charges after that window are not refundable under that guarantee, though we will always review individual circumstances. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically reverse a charge already processed.

Failed Payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, the subscription may be paused or cancelled and any pending shipment will not be sent.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy; material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated by email before taking effect.
